Concept
AreaTonic undertook a comprehensive redesign of an apartment to enhance the flow and functionality between the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The renovation updated the entire space with contemporary features and a neutral color palette of white, beige, clay, and grays, paired with natural wood and stone textures, creating a modern and sophisticated environment.
Layout
The apartment's original layout featured curves and inclinations, posing challenges for space distribution. To address this, the renovation began by reorienting the kitchen into an open concept, significantly enhancing the living area's spaciousness. Additionally, all bathrooms were completely renovated, ensuring that no aspect of the original design remained unchanged, thereby modernizing the entire space.
