Brief
Kinggoose Hospitality focuses on incubating creative talent, helping brands to grow and flourish in the hospitality sector. They partner with top chefs and innovators to produce culinary excellence, managing several esteemed dining establishments recognized by Michelin Guides and other prestigious accolades. For their new headquarters in Miami, Kinggoose tasked AreaTonic with designing a layout and interior that preserved the structural essence of the existing concrete framework while optimizing the space.

Concept
The design space for Kinggoose's headquarters presented a significant challenge with its low ceilings, exposed air ducts, and visible piping, all contributing to an original industrial ambiance that needed to be preserved and integrated into the new design. AreaTonic embraced these features, incorporating them into the overall aesthetic. To enhance the cool, retro vibe of the office, a color palette inspired by the 1980s was used, adding a stylish yet nostalgic touch to the modern-industrial mix.
Layout
For Kinggoose's headquarters, the layout was designed to meet their specific needs for a large collaborative space, meeting rooms, and private areas. This setup ensures that the workspace can accommodate various activities from team projects to individual tasks and formal meetings, fostering both cooperation and privacy within the office environment.
