The Vue project involves a comprehensive reface of a 36-story building whose design had become outdated, leading to a decrease in apartment values. AreaTonic was brought on board to revitalize the interior spaces. This included redesigning the lobby, interior hallways to the apartments, elevators, walls, and lighting fixtures, as well as enhancing the pool and solarium areas. The objective is to modernize the aesthetics and functionality of these spaces, thereby restoring appeal and value to the building's apartments.
